These Wax Melts are handmade to order in Ozark, Missouri. We use Soy Wax and Phthalate-Free High Quality Fragrance Oil and Essential Oil Blends. If you choose to purchase a tester: Testers come in a small clear plastic container labeled Tester and Name of Product. **Bakery Bags are sealed** We have tested this out and sealing the bags have helped the wax melts not to frost as fast as unsealed bags.
